One of the last steps before completing the entire work on a handmade photograph is varnishing it, which actually protects it from degradation.<\/h4>\n

This video is a demonstration of varnishing photographs taken with a Hasselblad medium format analog camera with a cassette adapted to hold a photographic plate. <\/span><\/div>\n
A wet collodion photography technique that has been used since about 1851 and photographs from that time still exist.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
