Course description Introduction to analog photography (cinema film + medium format)
INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP JUST FOR YOU

The course is intended for everyone who:
- would like to start shooting on film and don't want to jump in with both feet and shoot on analog in a trial and error style.
- They have an analog camera and don't know how to use it properly.
- are considering buying an analog camera and would like advice on how to avoid wasting money on something they don't need or will never use
- they want to take a picture and then develop the film in a darkroom
Bring your film or roll film camera and we can spend a pleasant day together, which will be enriched with valuable basic information for you on how to get started with analog!
Sure, there are plenty of online videos and tutorials, but in my opinion, nothing can replace the company of people who can meet each other and share useful information.
Workshop program Basics of Analog Photography:
- A short introduction to the theory
- Discussion about photographic techniques and films
- Developing films at home, yes or no?
- A photographic background
- What is your most common subject that you like to photograph
- Preparation of photographic equipment
- Let's take pictures!
- Up into the darkness! Moving the films into the tank.
- Pictures development.
- Evaluation of joint work
- The end of the workshop and a joint photo!
What is included in the course price?
- Use of a studio in the center of Třebíč and its facilities with an undisturbed atmosphere
- Small snacks, tea, coffee... right in the studio
- 1 x roll + 1x FOMA B&W film (depending on your camera)
- Individual help with choosing a camera - if you don't already own one
- A basic explanation of natural light and working with it.
- Portrait photography in the studio
- Still life photography in the studio
- Use of film development equipment (tanks + chemicals (developers, fixers)

I offer all participants the opportunity to scan for free the best high-resolution images which I will send them by e-mail. For these purposes, it is necessary to leave the film (selected fields) with me, which I will then send to you by mail.
I also offer the possibility of renting cameras for the purpose of the workshop, free of charge.,
There are several analog cameras to choose from, either roll or cine film format. Please enter your question about the camera in the form.
My effort is to convey the information to you as best as possible. I have attended many trainings and courses where you often pay a lot of money and then you are disappointed by the large number of participants and sometimes the tense atmosphere.
To ensure an individual approach and a calmer environment, the number of participants is limited to only one.
